Return policy

We at Three Red Apples hope that you will love your purchases. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, that’s why we have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.
if for any reason you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange

Returned items must be sent back to us in the original condition you received them from us, and in the original packaging. You are responsible or the cost of the delivery to return the item to us.

Sale items and custom made, or personalised items, are NON REFUNDABLE..

Faulty items must be reported immediately after receipt, and returned to us (if required) for claiming against the carrier if applicable. In this instance we will pay for the cost of the return, and of course we will send you a replacement item with many many apologies!

We will refund the value of the item returned along with any postage and packaging you paid for when you placed the order.

Please remember to obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate. If your parcel gets lost on the way back to us, we will need to obtain a copy of this to issue a refund/exchange.
